Quirky hotel in a very charming building with amazing views of the ruins on the mountain. The central location easy walk to the train station. Pleasant restaurant for fresh meal.

Ideal place for couples seeking tranquility

We had this awesome room with a balcony, overlooking the river, just amazing,, it was perfect for a glass of wine while enjoying the Incan views. The front desk guys were super helpful, even gave us tips for hiking.

It wasn't cheap, but it was acceptable.

Cheerful and fairly clean hotel, marvellous and fantastic location opposite a nice cafe. The room was nicely furnished, new-fashioned, and the staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Lots of facilities like: central heating, an individual safe and flat-screen television. Location short walk to Ollantaytambo ruins and the river and Inka and the train station where multiple train whistles could be heard all day. Nearby Kori quinua - great place to chill out.

Plus, the location is excellent, minutes from Chocomuseo Ollantaytambo😃

The views from the balcony were fine, but the bathroom cleanliness could improve.

I loved the Beautiful Twin Room with Balcony and View! It had a private bathroom, big tv, minibar, and amazing views of the mountains. The balcony was perfect. Staff were professional. Breakfast was great, plenty of options. The location was super convenient to the ruins.

Location: the hotel was not far from market square and restaurants as well as Close to the main plaza. There was cafe Sunshine Cafe, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the property.

The location and the garden as well as the always available hot water.

The fruits at breakfast were no longer fresh and caused vomiting and diarrhea. In addition, could not pay by card and for dollars, they had no change.

The views from the balconies facing the ruins provided an excellent backdrop, perfect for capturing the essence of the area. Spacious rooms ensured comfort, with some offering unique features like closed-off outdoor areas for privacy.

Noise levels were bothersome, particularly for ground floor rooms due to traffic from the reception and guests upstairs. The breakfast setup seemed disorganized. Essential items like cutlery and hot milk were often missing. The cleanliness of public spaces like the balconies left much to be desired, showing neglect in upkeep.

Large, beautifully furnished room with perfect view. Small heating, thick ceilings available. Quiet at night. Nice staff.

The MOST comfortable bed ! A nice large bathroom with hot water all day long. The staff were friendly and always had a big smile for us. The location was great - we had a room with balcony and a view of the ruins- directly opposite Hearts restaurant - with delicious home baked bread.

We had no internet in our bedroom and the breakfast was rather dismal.
